Safety is our top priority and the culinary staff strictly adheres to all regulations and client requirements related to health, safety and the environment at each operating site. Oil field catering staff are ServSafe certified and wear proper protective equipment as needed.
We understand the importance of nutrition for crews working long shifts. A customized balanced menu of your choice, hot or cold meals, will be developed by our culinary team prior to the start of each project and agreed by our client. Our history and experience with on site catering for drilling and frac locations and serving high volume for extended periods, has better prepared our culinary team how to handle any given situation.
