About Chef Justin Rowland

JRow’s Catering is a well-established catering business that began in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. Chef Rowland is a Valley native and graduate from Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, Texas. Chef Rowland was previously Head Chef at one of the top rated restaurants by Restaurant and Hospitality Magazine as "One of America's Top 500 Restaurants" and written up in Texas Monthly magazine where he established a following by exceeding the expectations of diners' palates, at The Sea Ranch, South Padre Island, Texas.
