OILFIELD CATERING
Serving the South Texas, Eagle Ford Shale area, we’re no strangers to the oilfield. J-Row’s onsite completions catering will gladly cater lunch for your crew of roughnecks in search of Black Gold.
GOURMET FOOD
Whether you're on an oil rig or you need catering for your next HES Safety meeting, we offer a variety of different cuisines for all of your needs. Our gourmet food menu includes things like seafood, steaks, and Italian dishes.
EXOTIC MEATS
Venison, duck, boar, alligator, and more. We supply our clients with the finest of meats you can’t get with just any caterer, let alone onsite with our level of commitment to safety and service.
PAELLA
All of our paellas include our house salad (spring mix tossed with raspberry vinaigrette, feta cheese and mandarin segments) and dinner rolls. Fried maduros (sweet plantains) or tostones (green plantains) can be added as a side dish for $1.95 per person. Prices are given based on the amount of guests. For events with more than 70 guests the prices per person will remain the same.
CRAWFISH & SHRIMP BOIL
Who doesn’t love an ol’ fashioned Crawfish Boil? It’s definitely one of our favorites and we’d love to bring it you!
